Woking St. Stephens Indian Orthodox Congregation

England, United Kingdom

Although the Congregation in Woking celebrated the very first Holy Qurbana on 16th April 2011, it was only in November 2016 that the Diocesan Metropolitan HG Dr Mathews Mar Thimothios officially declared it as the St Stephens Indian Orthodox Congregation. Holy Qurbana is celebrated on the third Saturday of every month from9.30am. This is also followed by Sunday school and MMVS gathering.

Owing to the Covid Pandemic, no physical services have been held since March 2020. An online monthly prayer meeting is held on the first Saturday of every month under the leadership of Vicar Very Rev. Fr. Abraham George Cor Episcopa (Joy Achen). Online Sunday School classes also also conducted every alternate week.
