The Parish in Southend-On-Sea began as a Congregation in January 2009, with the first Holy Qurbana celebrated by Rev. Fr. Abraham Thomas and assisted by Dn. Gheevarghese Kochuparambil at St. Helens Church, Westcliff-On-Sea. Later, services were conducted at the Chalkwell Park Methodist Church before being permanently shifted to All Saint Church in Southend-On-Sea. The Congregation was raised as a Parish on the 9th of May 2009 by Diocesan Metropolitan HG Dr. Mathews Mar Thimothios with Rev. Fr. Mathew Abraham as the first Vicar.
