This Parish is located in the town of Preston in Lancashire, in the North West of England. Following a request from the Indian Orthodox families in Preston and neighboring areas, Diocesan Metropolitan HG Dr. Mathews Mar Thimothios granted permission and appointed Rev. Fr. Happy Jacob to celebrate Holy Qurbana on the third Sunday of every month. Following a request from its members in 2014, the Congregation was formally declared as a Parish and Rev. Fr. Mathews Kuriakose was appointed as the first Vicar. Currently there are 22 families attending the Holy Qurbana and other spiritual activities in the Parish. Spiritual Organizations such as Sunday School, MOMS, etc. function actively in the parish. Rev. Fr. Tom Jacob has been servicing as Vicar from August 2017 onwards.
