As is the regulations laid out in the Church Constitution, every diocese of the Malankara (Indian) Orthodox Syrian Church has a Diocesan Assembly. The Diocesan Assembly (General Body) is the representation of all parishes in the Diocese.
The Diocesan General Body of the Diocese of UK-Europe and Africa meets atleast once a year unless otherwise deemed appropriate by the Diocesan Metropolitan. Diocesan Metropolitan HG Abraham Mar Stephanos who is the President of the Diocesan Assembly, presides over the assembly meetings.
